Hosted by: Sarah Baquet, LMHC, PhD + Ashley Rodriguez, PhD

An afternoon of restoring resilience, deepening community, and embracing womanhood

Rewriting the Story is a supportive, guided experience for women who are ready to reconnect with their values and voice.

This workshop blends reflective narrative practices with a women’s circle environment, offering space to explore what you have carried, what you have outgrown, and what you want to author next.

You do not have to do this alone. You deserve community, clarity, and a story that fits who you are becoming.

Who this is for

This event is especially for women of color who are interested in self-empowerment and personal growth, and who want space to:

  • Reflect on the stories you inherited about who you should be

  • Make meaning of life transitions, stress, or burnout

  • Reconnect with values, voice, and identity

  • Be witnessed in a supportive circle

  • Leave with practical tools to carry forward

What to expect

Explore and Grow

Discover your values, practice self-compassion, and learn tools like psychological flexibility to help break generational cycles and step into transformation.

Connect and Share

Experience the power of a supportive women’s circle where you can reflect, be seen, and build meaningful community.

Take Away

Leave with practical strategies, a guided workbook, and renewed clarity about your path forward.
