Rewriting the Story

A Women’s Narrative Workshop for Empowerment & Growth

August 2026
11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Astoria, NY

Join us for an afternoon of reflection, connection, and empowerment through guided narrative practices designed to help you reconnect with your values and voice.

Reconnect With Your Story

Every woman carries stories about who she is supposed to be.

Some of these stories come from family expectations, cultural messages, life experiences, and survival strategies that once helped us navigate the world. But over time, some of these narratives can begin to feel limiting, confusing, or disconnected from who we truly are.

Rewriting the Story is an intentional space to pause, reflect, and explore the narratives shaping your life.

Through guided reflection, narrative practices, and community connection, you will begin to identify the stories you have inherited and consciously choose what you want to carry forward.

This workshop is designed to help you reconnect with your voice, clarify your values, and move forward with greater intention.
